Life Ball

Absolut Life Ball bottles were made for the Vienna Life Ball, the largest charity event in Europe for people living with HIV and AIDS. The first, sold in Austria ahead of the 2018 ball, was Absolut's first edition made for that country alone, in 60,000 bottles. That bottle set the idea of the series: it draws on Absolut's rainbow artworks and replaces the usual portrait of the founder, Lars Olsson Smith, on the medallion with a symbol of the cause, the AIDS ribbon and later a rainbow heart, turning a familiar bottle into a sign of support.
